1. Install the plugin

Download the OtterContact plugin from your dashboard and install it like any other WordPress or Joomla plugin.

• WordPress: Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
• Joomla: System → Install → Extensions → Upload Package File.

2. Activate your license

After installing, open the OtterContact settings screen and paste in your license key (found on your dashboard). The plugin checks the key against your site's URL, so activate it on each site you plan to run it on.

3. Connect a provider

Choose Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or the OtterContact hosted platform, then authorize the connection from the plugin's Connections tab.

4. Map your forms

Pick which contact/signup forms on your site should sync to your chosen provider, and OtterContact keeps subscribers up to date automatically.
