Troubleshooting

Checking a submission's sync status

Every form submission gets a status: success, partial, or failed. Open Queue and click into a submission to see:

  • Which fields were submitted, and their mapped values
  • IP address, referrer URL, and which form/embed key it came through
  • Individual sync events (e.g. "create ticket," "create contact") and whether each one succeeded

Failed events can be retried individually from that screen, or you can retry the whole submission at once.

A field didn't map correctly

  • Open the field in the form builder and confirm PSA Field Binding is turned on and pointed at the right field on the other side.
  • For Country/State fields, enable use reference options so the value is picked from your PSA/CRM's own valid list, rather than free text that might not match.
  • If a required field on the PSA/CRM side isn't visible on your form at all, it likely needs a fixed default value rather than a visitor-facing field.

A PSA/CRM connection stopped working

Under Settings, use the Test Connection button for your connected system. A failing test usually means an expired credential or a changed base URL/company ID — re-enter the connection details and test again.
